So I’ve been craving something sweet and unique lately, and my mind kept going back to those fancy Lady M cakes. You know, the ones with all the thin crepe layers? I decided to give their Matcha Cake a try, and let me tell you, it was a whole thing.
First off, I had to place the order like, way in advance. Turns out, these cakes are pretty popular. I learned that you need to order at least 3 business days ahead of time. Good to know for the next time, right?

The day finally came, and I went to pick up my cake. It was gorgeous! All those delicate layers of green, stacked up high. I couldn’t wait to dig in.

- Texture: Super light and airy. Those crepes were paper-thin, just like they’re supposed to be.

My Taste Test
I gotta say, it was delicious. Especially when I added some fresh strawberries on top. That sweet and tart combo with the earthy matcha? Perfection! It’s not your everyday cake, that’s for sure. It’s more of a special treat, you know?
I did some reading up on it afterward, and apparently, this is their “signature” cake. They’re famous for it worldwide! Makes sense, considering how good it was. It’s a nice change of pace from the usual chocolate or vanilla. And since it’s made with all those crepe layers, it feels extra fancy.
If you’re a matcha fan, or just looking to try something a little different, I’d say give this Lady M Matcha Cake a shot. Just remember to order it ahead of time! And maybe grab some strawberries while you’re at it. You won’t regret it!
