And they got them numbers on the carton, tells you how much of that “daily value” stuff you’re gettin’. I don’t pay too much attention to that, myself. I just eat what tastes good and try not to overdo it. I mean if you drink a whole carton of it at once yeah maybe you gone have a tummy ache, but if you put a little in your coffee, whats the harm?
