Hey everyone, it’s your boy back again with another kitchen adventure! Today, I tried making something called “Cranberry and Brie Monkey Bread”. Sounds fancy, right? But it was actually pretty fun to make. I saw some stuff online about using brie and cranberry sauce together, and I was like, “Why not?”

First off, I gathered all my ingredients. I got some store-bought pizza dough because, let’s be real, making dough from scratch is a whole other level of commitment. Then I grabbed a wheel of brie cheese, some cranberry sauce (the jellied kind, because that’s what I had), and a bit of melted butter. Simple enough.

I started by cutting the brie into small chunks. Then I rolled out the pizza dough and cut it into little squares. Next, I dipped each square of dough into the melted butter, because butter makes everything better, am I right?

After that, it was assembly time. I took a bundt pan and started layering. First, a few dough pieces, then some brie, and a dollop of cranberry sauce. I just kept repeating that until the pan was full. It was kind of like building a delicious, cheesy, cranberry tower.

Baking Time

Once my masterpiece was assembled, I popped it in the oven. I baked it at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. I just kept an eye on it until it was all golden brown and bubbly. The smell was amazing, by the way. My whole kitchen smelled like a bakery.

Pulling it out of the oven was the best part. It looked so good! All that melted cheese and the sweet cranberry sauce oozing out. I let it cool for a few minutes before flipping it onto a plate.

Result

  • Golden brown and delicious
  • Cheese melted perfectly
  • Cranberry sauce added a nice sweetness
  • The dough was soft and fluffy

Honestly, this Cranberry and Brie Monkey Bread turned out way better than I expected. It was sweet, savory, and just the right amount of gooey. My family loved it, and it was gone in minutes! I’ll definitely be making this again, maybe for the holidays. If you’re looking for something easy but impressive, give this a try. You won’t regret it!
