Ain’t nothin’ like a good cracker, ya know? Crunchy, salty, just the thing when your belly’s rumblin’ or you ain’t feelin’ too good. But darn it, findin’ crackers without that gluten stuff is like lookin’ for a needle in a haystack, especially if you can’t have milk neither. Why they gotta make things so complicated?

Now, I hear tell there’s rice crackers, corn chip things, and crackers made from nuts and chickpeas. Sounds fancy, don’t it? But is it the same as a good ol’ soda cracker? I ain’t so sure. They say some folks get sick from that gluten, so they gotta be careful. Good thing there’s companies makin’ special crackers for them.

See, you can even find them saltines and flatbreads without the gluten. Good for them folks with that celiac thing. And most drinks is okay, juices and sodas and such. Just gotta watch out for the sneaky gluten hiding in places you wouldn’t expect.
Heard tell there’s these crackers called Milton’s. “Everything” flavor, they say. Sounds like a whole heap of somethin’. Comes in a pack of three, so you got plenty to munch on. But are they any good? And where do you find ’em? That’s the question.
Folks keep talkin’ ’bout these soda crackers, saltines they call ’em sometimes. But how you gonna eat ’em if you can’t have gluten? That’s what everyone wants to know. Where you buy ’em, which ones are safe? Gotta do your research, I guess. Can’t just trust any old box.
It ain’t easy, navigatin’ all them food rules. One minute somethin’s good for ya, the next minute it ain’t. Just gotta keep your ears open and ask around. Maybe the store clerk knows somethin’. Or your neighbor. Never hurts to ask. And if you find a good gluten free soda cracker, hold on tight! They ain’t always easy to come by.
