Okay, so I’ve been seeing these flatbread pizza boxes all over the internet, and I finally decided to give it a try. I mean, who doesn’t love pizza? And the idea of making it a bit quicker and easier with flatbread? Count me in!
First, I grabbed some store-bought flatbreads. I went with the plain ones, but you could totally use flavored ones like garlic or rosemary, that would be good too. Then, I laid them out on a baking sheet. Don’t forget to use some parchment paper, for easy cleanup!

Getting Saucy
- I spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each flatbread. I didn’t want it too soggy, so I went easy on the sauce.
- I sprinkled some Italian seasoning over the sauce because it is good. Just a little bit, for that extra flavor.
Cheese, Please!
Next up, the cheese! I used a mix of mozzarella and provolone, because that’s what I had in the fridge. You can use whatever cheese you like, really. Cheddar, parmesan, even some feta would be delicious.
Topping Time
Now for the fun part: toppings! I’m a simple girl, so I went with pepperoni and some sliced black olives. I arranged them nice and pretty on top of the cheese. But seriously, go crazy here. Mushrooms, onions, peppers, sausage, whatever you enjoy on your pizza.
Bake It ‘Til You Make It
I popped the baking sheet into a preheated oven at, like, 400 degrees. I think. I didn’t really time it, just kept an eye on them until the cheese was all melty and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread were starting to get golden brown. It probably took around 10-12 minutes, I would say.
The Final Result
And there you have it! Super easy flatbread pizzas. I pulled them out of the oven, let them cool for a minute, and then sliced them up. They were crispy, cheesy, and exactly what I needed for a quick and tasty dinner. Definitely making these again!
