Makes it faster, so ya don’t gotta sit there sifting by hand all day long.

But if you got a bigger kitchen or bakery, you might want to get one of those automatic powder sifters. They can sift tons of flour in no time, and they’re built to last.

Now, if you’re bakin’ at home, you don’t need the fancy automatic ones. A simple hand-crank sifter will do just fine. It’s easy to use, you just fill it up, turn the handle, and bam, you got yourself sifted flour. Makes all the difference when you’re mixin’ your ingredients. Trust me, a sifted flour helps your dough rise better and keeps it light, which means your baked goods will turn out much fluffier. Ain’t nothin’ worse than dense bread, I tell ya!
