Okay, let’s talk about this brie monkey bread thing I made. I saw this recipe floating around and thought, “Hey, that looks pretty good, and I love cheese!” So, I decided to give it a shot. I gathered all the stuff I needed: a can of those refrigerated biscuit dough things, a wheel of brie cheese, some butter, garlic, and some herbs. Pretty simple, right?
First, I preheated my oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, like the recipe said. While that was heating up, I took the biscuits out of the can and cut each one into quarters. Then came the fun part – wrapping each little piece of dough around a chunk of brie. I just sliced the brie into small cubes and stuffed them inside the dough, pinching the edges to seal them up.

Next, I melted some butter in a saucepan and stirred in some minced garlic and a handful of chopped herbs. I used parsley and thyme because that’s what I had on hand, but you could use whatever you like. I tossed the brie-filled dough balls in this buttery, garlicky goodness until they were all nicely coated.
Then, I arranged all the dough balls in a greased bundt pan. I just dumped them in there, making sure they were evenly distributed. I poured any leftover butter mixture over the top because, why not? More butter, more better, right?
I popped the pan in the oven and baked it for about 30 minutes, or until it was golden brown and bubbly. The smell was amazing, by the way. My whole kitchen smelled like cheese and garlic and buttery bread. It was torture waiting for it to be done!
Finally, I pulled it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then I carefully flipped the pan over onto a plate, and the monkey bread slid right out. It looked so good! All golden and cheesy and pull-apart-y.
We dug right in, and let me tell you, it was delicious! The bread was soft and fluffy, the brie was all melty and gooey, and the garlic and herbs added so much flavor. It was the perfect combination of savory and cheesy and buttery. Definitely a winner in my book!

It was super easy to make, and everyone loved it. I will definitely be making this brie monkey bread again. Maybe next time I’ll add some different herbs or spices to change it up a bit. But honestly, it was pretty perfect as is. You should totally try it sometime!
