Okay, so this morning I was feeling adventurous and decided to try making a breakfast pizza. I’d seen some stuff online about it, and it looked pretty awesome. I mean, who doesn’t love pizza? And breakfast? Combining them seemed like a no-brainer.
I started by grabbing a can of those refrigerated biscuit dough things. You know, the ones that pop open and scare you half to death? Yeah, those.

Step one: I flattened those biscuits out onto a baking sheet. I kinda just mushed them together to make one big, giant biscuit. It wasn’t pretty, but it worked.
Making the Pizza
- First I whisked some eggs.
- Then I cooked the eggs.
- Next step, I spread some country gravy I found in my fridge.
I sprinkled on some shredded cheese. I used cheddar because that’s what I had, but I bet mozzarella or even pepper jack would be amazing.
Then,I tossed the whole thing into the oven. I think I baked it at, like, 375 degrees? I just kept an eye on it until the biscuits were golden brown and the cheese was all melty and bubbly.
Honestly, It was surprisingly easy, and it turned out better than I expected! The biscuit crust was nice and fluffy, and the gravy added a really good, creamy flavor.
Next time, I might try adding some different toppings. Maybe some crumbled bacon or bell * possibilities are endless!
