I’ve used it a few times now, for pancakes, burgers, even a big omelet, and it’s been perfect every time. It’s easy to clean, too. Just a quick wash, and it’s good as new. Honestly, I don’t know how I ever cooked without it. It’s definitely the best spatula I’ve ever owned. I will keep using it.
