Can’t use a metal one on them Teflon pans, you’ll scratch ‘em all up. And them flimsy metal ones, they work real well with steel, enamel and cast iron.
I remember this one time, tryin’ to frost a cake with a butter knife. What a mess! Frosting everywhere, cake lookin’ like a dog’s breakfast. So, if you’re gonna be doin’ any bakin’ or cookin’, you best get yourself a few of these spatulas. They ain’t expensive, and they sure do make things a whole lot easier. Don’t go buyin’ some fancy-pants one, just get one that feels good in your hand and gets the job done. I tell ya, it’s the little things that make a big difference in the kitchen, and this here spatula is one of ‘em. That’s what I say. It’s a perfect thing that everyone should get one for themselves. They are the best ones, you know, for all purposes. And the best thing? You can get one cheap!
