Well, let me tell ya about this here flour, the kind they call “grain craft high gluten flour.” I ain’t no fancy baker or nothin’, but I’ve used enough flour in my day to know what’s what.

Now, I ain’t gonna tell you this flour is gonna magically turn you into some fancy baker. You still gotta know what you’re doin’, you know? But it sure does help. If you’re lookin’ to make bread that’s light and fluffy, that’s got some chew to it, then this grain craft high gluten flour is a good place to start. It’s strong, it’s reliable, and it makes a darn good loaf of bread. And that’s all that matters to me.
Where do you get it?
Well I got mine at the store, they have these big ol’ fifty pound bags if you bake a lot, but you can get smaller ones too. You can probably get it online these days, but I like seein’ what I’m buyin’ before I pay for it. And I hear tell you can use it for all kinds of things, not just bread. Rolls, biscuits, even some kinds of cakes, if you want them to be extra sturdy. I haven’t tried it myself, but I’m willin’ to bet it’d work just fine. This “grain craft power flour” is good stuff, you hear?
So there you have it. My two cents on this high gluten flour. If you’re lookin’ for a good flour, give it a try. You might just be surprised at how good your bread turns out. And if it doesn’t, well, don’t come complainin’ to me. I’m just an old lady who likes to bake!
