Alright, let’s talk about these Oreo Churro Creme Sandwich Cookies. I ain’t no fancy food writer or nothin’, just tellin’ ya what I think, ya know?
First off, they call ‘em “Limited Edition.” That just means they ain’t gonna be around forever, so if ya like ‘em, ya better stock up! Reminds me of them good ol’ strawberry preserves I used to make, only lasted ’til the winter, then poof, gone!
Now, these cookies, they’re supposed to taste like churros. You know, them fried dough things they sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon? Had ‘em once at the county fair, real tasty. Well, these Oreos, they tryin’ to be like that. They got that cinnamon sugar thing goin’ on for sure. You open the pack, and boom! Smells like a bakery exploded in your kitchen.
- They say “Fried dough flavored wafer.” Tastes kinda like a regular Oreo to me, maybe a little bit… different. Can’t quite put my finger on it.
- Then there’s the “Churro flavor creme.” That’s the good stuff. Real sweet, creamy, and got that cinnamon kick. They say there’s “sugar inclusions,” which just means little bits of sugar in the cream, I guess. Makes it crunchy, kinda like the real thing.
I tell ya, these cookies are sweet, real sweet. Can’t eat too many at once, or your teeth might just fall out! But they’re good with a glass of milk. Dunk ‘em in there, let ‘em soak up a bit, oh yeah, that’s the way to do it. Just like them graham crackers I used to give the grandkids, only fancier.
They come in a 10.68 ounce pack. That’s a fair amount, I reckon. Enough to share, but you might not want to! I hid mine in the back of the cupboard, behind the flour canister. The grandkids ain’t gonna find ‘em there!
I saw somethin’ about “Fusion” on the box. Sounds all highfalutin, but it just means they mixed two things together – Oreos and churros. Smart folks, them cookie makers. They know what people like. Sweet stuff, that’s what we like.
And they been makin’ Oreos for a hundred years, they say. That’s a long time to be makin’ cookies! My grandma used to make cookies, but nothin’ like these fancy things. Hers were plain, but good. These Oreos, they’re a whole ‘nother level.
They also mentioned “Luscious Creme Filling.” Luscious? That’s just a fancy word for tasty, I figure. And it is tasty, gotta give ‘em that. Smooth and creamy, like the inside of them cream puffs they sell at the bakery downtown.
I ain’t sure what all this “HTTP cookie” stuff is about on the internet. Sounds like gibberish to me. I’m just talkin’ about the eatin’ kind of cookies, the ones you can hold in your hand and dunk in your milk.
So, would I buy these Oreo Churro Creme Sandwich Cookies again? Yeah, I reckon I would. They’re a nice treat, somethin’ different. But I ain’t gonna pay no arm and a leg for ‘em. When they go on sale, that’s when I’ll stock up. Just like them cans of peaches I get when they’re on special. Gotta be smart with your money, ya know?
